For over two decades, Ultra Music Festival has been the mecca of all dance music festivals, making it the festival of premieres and unreleased music for artists and DJs. For years it was the home where dreams were made and unforgettable performances and reunions. Ultra Music Festival is the only festival where attendees can hear the next big hits in EDM from the biggest names in the industry. Ultra is known for iconic label/ brand takeovers from upcoming and legendary artists.

In October, Ultra announced its impressive roster of Phase 1 talent, including Calvin Harris’ epic return to the festival after ten years, as well as the Ultra debut of FISHER and Chris Lake’s UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Artists taking the RESISTANCE stage together for the very first time include Oliver Heldens’ techno alias HI-LO b2b UK artist Eli Brown, as well as Afterlife favorites Massano b2b Chris Avantgarde. These sets will join the previously-announced back-to-back performances from Dubfire b2b Ilario Alicante, and melodic techno maestros Joris Voorn b2b Kölsch. As an Ultra veteran, it was the first music festival I ever attended, it opened my eyes to a whole new world and a beautiful loving community. I saw the debut headlining performance from Avicii. Ultra Music Festival segmented my long career as a music journalist, covering the festival for countless years. Ultra was the only festival I returned to and each year it was an entirely new experience for me. It’s the largest festival in South Florida, bringing in hundreds of thousands of attendees from different raves generations from multiple continents and countries globally. Ultra Music Festival has expanded worldwide hosting the festival in Europe, Japan, Brazil, and more. Ultra Miami was the first and original dance music festival. What started to be a fun weekend festival for music lovers, in two decades the festival has emerged into a global brand.
