San Diego is gearing up for its biggest New Year’s Eve party yet. FNGRS CRSSD has revealed the highly anticipated lineup for PROPER NYE/NYD 2025, set to take over Petco Park on December 31 and January 1. Now entering its fourth year, the two-day celebration has quickly become Southern California’s essential way to welcome the new year, blending world-class talent, stunning production, and the electric energy of downtown San Diego.
What started as a bold idea in 2021 has now grown into a defining tradition for the region’s dance community. PROPER NYE is a fully immersive New Year’s experience, transforming Petco Park into a multi-stage playground for electronic music fans.
With sweeping skyline views, sprawling open-air spaces, and state-of-the-art production, the event continues to set a new standard for year-end celebrations. This year brings some exciting updates, like a fifth stage, reduced capacity for comfort, wider street closures for easier entry, and even a happy hour kick-off each night to get the vibe started early.
At the top of the lineup for PROPER 2025 are Chris Lake and Four Tet, both delivering solo sets as well as a rare back-to-back performance, a collaboration that promises to bridge genres and push boundaries.
An impressive roster of heavyweights joins them. Bringing high-octane drum & bass is Chase & Status, techno’s Drumcode visionary Adam Beyer. GRAMMY-winning king of disco-house, Purple Disco Machine, and industrial high-energy techno sensation Sara Landry. Plus,Sammy Virji, UKG’s fastest-rising star.
